Relief Valve Analysis and Documentation
RKR uses a proprietary relational database program linked to a variety of thermodynamic models to provide comprehensive analysis and documentation for new and existing relief valves. RKR's system has been used to evaluate thousands of existing and new relief valves.
Relief Header, KO Drum and Flare Evaluation
RKR uses an Excel spreadsheet integrated with a variety of thermodynamic models to perform hydraulic evaluations of relief headers for significant flaring scenarios. The same spreadsheet quantifies KO Drum performance and flare radiation levels.

Air Dispersion Analysis

Pipe Stress Analysis
Pipe stress evaluation of the impacts of developed forces during relieving events. This level of detail is typically applied to larger, higher pressure relief valves using CAESAR II.
