RKR’s primary mission is to provide all services with safety as the absolute first priority. Involvement in the aftermath of the 1989 Phillips Disaster on the Ship Channel, 1998 Esso Longford Gas Plant Exchanger Failure in Victoria Australia, 2005 BP Texas City Atmospheric Vent Stack Explosion, 1999 Chevron Richmond Hydrocracker Explosion and Tosco Avon Refinery Fire has left a lasting impact on the importance of safety in all aspects of oil and gas processing and in particular in RKR’s case – process safety design.

RKR Engineering is headquartered in beautiful Park City, Utah and has been in business since 2011. Rob Kreder is the Owner and Principal Engineer of RKR Engineering with 30 years of experience in the oil, gas, petrochemical and chemical industries across the globe. From work performed for essentially all the major producers to work performed for smaller operators in the Rocky Mountain Region, Rob has seen it all and understands differences in client needs and requirements. Through strategic partnerships with other engineering companies and consultants, RKR is able to provide comprehensive engineering services such as detailed design for smaller projects.
